1. WHAT IS QUALITYKEY PUBLIC LIMITED COMPANY?

- Is an incorporated public limited company under the Companies act 2015 laws of Kenya
- Registration number – PLC – WP85m3 - Registered on 24th Oct 2017
- With its Articles & Memorandum of Association registered at The Office Of Registrar Of Companies Nairobi Kenya
- Its operations are not limited/restricted - Located in Nanyuki, Laikipia County

2. WHO ARE THE OWNERS?

- It is owned by shareholders through registering and fully paying the shares in accordance with memorandum and articles of associations.

3. HOW WILL IT BE OPERATING?

- After it starts generating capital through shares, it shall start investing in various businesses i.e car hire, Agency for houses & lands for sale, construction services, outside catering, tents and chairs for hire, greens & groceries e.t.c
- Profit generated from the above activities shall be invested in buying commercial plots and elevating flats for rental belonging to The Company.

4. HOW DOES IT BENEFIT THE SHAREHOLDERS?

- The Company’s articles allows shareholders or any other party to be given 5% the following ;
a) If one brings a new member, He/she is entitled to 5% of the capital raised from that member annually for five years.
b) If one brings customer to purchase plot/land from the company one is entitled to 5% percent of that transaction.
c) If one brings initial tenant to a newly built flat, he/she is entitled to 5% percent of the three months’ rent paid by that tenant.
d) If one brings any profit generating contract, He/she is entitled to 5% percent of profit made at the closure of that transaction.
- After five years (5 years) of investing, all shareholders in a general meeting shall decide whether dividend shall be issued in respect of profit gained in the 6th year, or that profit may be invested to increase the next annual income.
- All company’s activities shall be released to all shareholders, then to outsiders except for the registry & any other crucial Office.

5. HOW DOES ONE JOIN THE COMPANY?

A. For Adults; -present national Id
- Register willingly
- Choose tier/class of share affordable to you
- Start paying those tier/class of shares you have chosen monthly
-Comply with articles & memorandum of association.

B. For Under age;
- The guardian to present his/her National Id and the minor’s Birth Certificate.
- Choose tier/class of share affordable to you
- Start paying those tier/class of shares you have chosen monthly.
- Comply with articles & memorandum of association.

6. WHAT ARE THE CLASSES/TIERS OF SHARES?

8. HOW DOES ONE PAY FOR SHARES?
